1. Jet vortex spinning

3. Jet vortex spinning cotton and cotton blended yarn


Due to the high requirements on raw materials for jet vortex spinning, it is required to use long raw material length, fine fiber and high uniformity. Compared with chemical fiber, cotton has a short length, and most of the length except long cotton is between 25 and 30 mm. And there is a considerable amount of short velvet (10% to 15%), which is difficult to produce jet vortex spinning due to the low length uniformity.
