In January 2021, in order to implement the "Twelfth Five -Year Plan" Development Plan for the Textile Industry ", the goal of" reduction, reuse, and resourceization of resource "proposed in the recycling, sorting, production, and procurement cycle of recycled products in waste textiles will be promoted The construction of the system is sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation's Environmental Protection and Resource Savings Promotion Committee, supported by the World Natural Foundation, the China Poverty Alleviation Foundation, and jointly carried out the "Old Clothing Zero Disanity" brand action jointly carried out by Decathlon and Donglong down enterprises. Together the pilot work of the application of waste textile regeneration industries, lead the retail brands to carry out public welfare operations of old clothing recycling, standardize textile recovery, sorting, and recycling mechanisms, explore the establishment of waste textile recycling resources, and use closed -loop models to promote waste textile regeneration products. The construction of the green value chain promotes the green design of the product and the use of sustainable raw materials. Through this operation, it is initiated to the entire industry and the whole society. Promoting the old clothes is the concept of recycling of resources, advocating a low -carbon lifestyle, and creating a better life.
