Recently, in the production workshop of Aksu Jingyi Textile Technology Co., LTD., machines rumble, workers shuttle back and forth between the textile equipment, skilled operation of the equipment, cotton, and strip, fine yarn...... It was a busy scene.

"We started trial production on January 12," said Wang Yinji, factory director of Aksu Jingyi Textile Technology Co., LTD. "So far, we have opened a production line of 50,000 spindles, with a daily output of about 15 tons."

Anarghuri Sawuthi, who worked in a textile factory in Aksu City, is now a squad leader in a yarn workshop after she came to the company with early skills training and her technical advantages.

"When I came here, I learned a lot of new skills, the salary is getting higher and higher, and the company provides all the food and lodging. Xinjiang Jingyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd. entered the park in July 2021, with a registered capital of 56 million yuan. It is a textile manufacturing enterprise integrating cotton seed acquisition, processing, sales, spinning and weaving. The project is located in the industrial and urban integration area of Awati Industrial Park, with a planned area of more than 200 mu. The total investment of the project is 780 million yuan. The main construction of the new spinning production line is 210,000 ingot, 602 air jet loom production lines and complete sets of standardized inspection and testing equipment. At present, part of the plant has been built and put into use, 1 set of flower cleaning production line, 11 carding machines, 6 drawing frames, 10 sets of air spinning and related auxiliary facilities and equipment have been in place, among which 50,000 ingot air spinning has been started trial production.

It is understood that, in order to ensure the production efficiency of the enterprise, in the early stage of the project production, the company through a 2-month skills training, to provide technical support for the operation of each production line. At the same time to further improve the factory infrastructure construction, to provide a good environment for employees, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, promote production, for the enterprise to complete the annual production targets and tasks to provide a strong guarantee.

"Now we have about 70 employees. In the later stage, we will gradually open 100,000 ingot production lines, which can solve 150 jobs. We will step up production and deliver our products to customers with quality and quantity guaranteed, so as to make due contribution to the social stability and economic development of Awati."
