1, often check the polyester spinning machine

Check whether the sound of the transmission parts in the front and rear transmission boxes is normal; Whether the synchronization belt runs off; Whether the bearings of the roller parts, friction roller parts, wire guides and transmission parts are heated and vibrated; Whether the roller has scars; Whether the false twister, the bobbin holder and the roller rotate flexibly or not.

2, regular maintenance of polyester spinning machine

Minor repair is generally to clean the equipment health, and check the operating parts and the damage of the wire guide; Overhaul is to check the cleanliness of the transmission parts of the synchronous belt, synchronous belt wheel cleaning and wear; Open the wear condition of the tank, shuttle, slide, etc. Maintenance cycle: Every 2-5 weeks for minor repair, 1-3 months for major repair.

3. Maintenance of hot box

When the filament passes through the hot box tube, the spinning oil on the filament is heated and volatilized, and a small part of the component with a lower boiling point remains in the heat pipe, which will affect the heating effect of the filament and cause the quality of DTY to decline, so it should be removed regularly. The cleaning cycle depends on the fineness of the processed silk, the running speed of the machine and the type and content of POY oil, which is generally 2-3 months. Clean the wire guide tube in the strong heat box regularly. Take out the pipe from the above, put it into 15%-20% lye impregnation and heating, take it out after cooling, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air. Check whether the dirt in the pipe is cleaned. When cleaning the pipe, be careful not to damage the pipe mouth, inner surface and other machine parts.

The wire guide tube in the second hot box should be cleaned regularly. Turn the hot box to the inclined state, pull out the pipe from the above, dip it into 15%-20% lye and heat it, take it out after cooling, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air. Check whether the dirt in the pipe is cleaned. When cleaning the pipe, be careful not to deflate the pipe mouth and inner wall, so as to avoid damaging the pipe by rubbing the processed silk strip.

4, roller maintenance

One and two roller rollers are generally polished once after 1-3 months of use, and three roller rollers are polished once after about 6 months of use, and the bearing rotation is checked when grinding.

5. Maintenance of friction twister

It is necessary to remove the waste wire wrapped on the spindle of the friction ingot and the "snowflake" on the friction disk in time. When the abnormal speed of the friction disk is found, the false twist tension is abnormal (confirmed to be caused by the friction false twist device), and the head is difficult, the friction false twist device should be removed for inspection. Check whether the small bearing of the false twister is damaged and rotates flexibly, and whether the small toothed belt driving the three spindle shafts is stretched or worn. If any exception is found, replace it in time.

6. Adjustment of winding device

If it is found that the winding bobbin is not formed properly, there are winding outside (winding away from the normal track), collapsing edges, and large differences in surface hardness, it is necessary to check the winding system, check whether the winding bobbin is beating, and whether the track of the transverse wire guide is correct.

7. Check the elastic coupling

Each shutdown must check whether the elastic coupling of each part is loose or worn, loose phenomenon must be tight, if there is wear must be replaced.

8. Check the synchronization belt

Every day, we must check the operation of the synchronous belt, and observe whether there is loosening, less teeth, and friction between the synchronous belt.
