The surface of the rollers needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent the accumulation of oil or oligomers, which could cause fiber slipping or roller sticking. The transmission system should be replaced with new lubricating oil as per the plan, and the wear conditions of the belts or couplings should be checked. The wire guiding mechanism of the winding head needs to remain sensitive to ensure the success rate of switching. The electrical control system should be dusted regularly, and the connection status of the terminal blocks should be checked to avoid speed deviations due to poor contact.
